Improve Casting Speed 9% (all skills)



Any ideas?

casting speed mod is not as good as a recharge mod. air skills cast so fast anyways..cast speed is pretty worthless, imho.

not always, casting a spell in quicker can really help a spiker out. its a great wand and id say 100k+
